Meteorological Series

The Climate Observatory and the Territory and Networks Unit of Arpae Simc produce a meteorological dataset of hourly and daily data for the main meteorological and agrometeorological variables that covers the entire regional territory from 2001 to today. The data are obtained by spatial interpolation on a regular grid starting from the values detected by the network of weather stations. A grib file (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GRIB) containing the hourly and daily values of each cell in the dataset is produced and published every day (to use the grib data, see the examples on https://github.com/ARPA-SIMC/simc-opendata-examples). The data are also published in csv format.
